With the weather turning colder in many places, now is a GREAT time to focus on ALL aspects of wellness! Join me for my “Be Well” Workshop and walk away with tips and habits based on the Wellness Theory on ways to improve your wellness so you continue feeling good and consistent with your daily fitness/wellness practices! I will share information and experience related to my love of all thing’s human movement and wellness from my Exercise Science background and various certification trainings!

My Be Well Workshop will be BOTH informational and interactive! This workshop will be followed by a Q&A session where you can ask me any fitness/wellness questions!
